Our policy is to ship all orders within 48 hours from order placement.
Shipping days are days our carriers accept shipments. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays taken by our carriers are not considered shipping days. If Saturday Delivery or special shipping is required, please call toll free 888-868-0900..All direct and drop shipments are generally heavy and will be shipped buy our normal method.
U.S. Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Ground service. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order.
Express shipping is available upon request for extra fees please email to: sales@buynsavewholesale.com, or call us at (530)886-0900 to inquire about product lead time and availability. There will be additional charges for 2nd Day Delivery and for 3rd Day Delivery.
Christmas Delivery:
Christmas Standard UPS Delivery cannot be Guaranteed for orders placed after December 16th.
Express Delivery is still possible on most orders placed prior to 10:00 AM PST on December 20th when you use our express Delivery Service.
If an item is in stock and order place before 2pm PST, the order will be sent the same day, order placed after 2pm PST will be sent the next business day. If your shipment arrives with visible damage to outer carton, save broken item(s) and packing materials in the original shipping carton,notify the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request a damage inspection. Alert us that you have a claim. After your claim is approved, we will credit your account or replace the damaged goods. No Allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed.
